When my girls were new eaters I didn't seem to have a problem with them eating their veggies. The main problem would be introducing new veggies. They didn't like changing veggies. They could eat the same one all the time. I do remember that I would mix a new veggie slowly into the old veggie to where they were eating more of the new veggie.
