The Girl Creative asked us to share a favorite childhood memory. One that immediately comes to mind is when I was probably 11-12 years old. My cousin and I would ride way across town on our bicycles and sneak down the alley and sneak off cherry tomatoes from my Grandma's cherry tomato vines. This is fun for several reason. For one we weren't allowed to ride that far away on our bikes. Second, I never got to see that Grandma and sneaking over there was my way of hoping to get caught by her so that I could see her. Lastly, she got suspicious and kept an eye out for her plants and eventually caught us! I remember her saying that she thought it was me doing it.
