I have always loved Pico De Gallo, but I have never tried making any fresh at home. I think I will try this recipe for the next time I make chili and lime chicken. I bet it would compliment it nicely. Thanks for the recipe. I hope I can find the Mrs. Dash. I haven't seen that particular variety yet.

ReplyDeleteYou shouldn't have any problem finding that Mrs dash. It has been out for quite sometime now. In a pinch I also use a salsa seasoning mix that is usually sold near the tomatoes or product section.
Ok well if you live in a small town they might not have it. We live in a small town of 6000 and our Lil' half size super walmart does carry it. Sometimes the small stores don't. I also use that salsa seasoning mix to marinate chicken and g'peppers for fajitas. That recipes is on my blog, too.
ReplyDeleteNow you've done it! Feeling like we're going to have mexican later tonight!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. Makes me want to dig right in.
I'm afraid to look at your recipe linky for fear I'll get even more cravings. Will have to save that for another day :)
