Amish Friendship Bread Starter and Day 7 with Recipes

Today is Day 7 of the Amish Friendship Bread Starter!  Isn't it pretty??? Well really it looks pretty gross but after stirring it was back to normal. Most people store their starter in zip lock bags. I sometimes have mine in a glass or plastic container. The zip lock bag is easy and all you have to do is squish the bag. It does have to be watched because the bag traps in extra air and can pop open.

How is your starter? Is this the first one you made? Who are you going to pass your extra starters on to? This is the time to make sure that you have 1 gallon zip lock bags to pass on your starter on the 10th day.
