    18. I learned that butter was made from sour cream but now it is made from sweet cream. Land O Lakes is the only butter I use when my recipe calls for butter.

    37. Butter that is slowly softened reacts differently with flour than butter melted to a liquid. Liquid soft butter covers the flour. Softened butter combines with flour. wow who knew.
