Healthy Hummus (click to print)
Ingredients
3 green onions, slicked
4 cloves garlic, chopped
15 1/2 oz can chickpeas
2 tablespoons vegetable broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
carrot sticks or toasted pita wedges
Directions
Combine all ingredients except carrots & pita chips into a food processor; process until smooth. Serves 2-4.
