Laurel Perry of Loganville, Georgia shared this family-favorite recipe with us. She writes, "Great as a side dish with chicken or beef...just right for Sunday dinner!"
15-1/4 oz. can corn, drained
1/2 c. butter, melted
6-oz. pkg. chicken-flavored
stuffing mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until mixed well. Spoon
into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves
4 to 6.
