Do you ever substitute meat with mushrooms? My family doesn't care for this substitution but I sure do. I love mushrooms and have no problem eating them over meat. I was really craving the thought of a portobello cheese steak sandwich so I made one for myself and chicken cheese steak sandwiches for my family. This is an extremely easy meal! I hope you try it.

2 rolls
cheese- provolone or swiss
