Nutella Peanut Butter Cookies
1 egg
1 cup plus 2-3 Tbsp sugar
3/4 c. Nutella
1/4 c. Peanut Butter
Oven 350. Mix ingredients. Spoon out onto cookie sheet. Lightly smash down the cookies with fork tines, rotate 180 degrees and do it again. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Bake 7-10 minutes (until they are not shiny) Let cool for 1 minute and then put on cooling rack. Makes 12.
Nutella Amish Friendship Bread
Serve this bread slightly warm for a luxurious chocolatey hazelnut treat.
Ingredients
1 cup Amish Friendship Bread Starter (click to get starter)
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° F (165° C).
- In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients as listed except the Nutella.
- Grease two large loaf pans.
- Dust the greased pans with granulated sugar.
- Pour the batter evenly into loaf or cake pans.
- Drop 1/2 cup of Nutella on top of each pan and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
- Bake for one hour or until the bread loosens evenly from the sides and a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Kitchen Notes
This recipe makes 2 loaves of bread or around 30 muffins. You could also turn it into a Bundt cake!
