Benefits of Probiotics and Provella Giveaway

As a mom of three teens, I am busy. I have been working hard this past year at a healthier lifestyle by exercising and making better food choices. Even though I'm doing this, my body is still in need of some probiotics help with my digestive, feminine and immune health needs.

Ever heard of probiotics? Probiotics are not drugs or vitamins. They are live microorganisms, friendly or good bacteria which are to benefit human health. Yes, bacteria is known to be a nasty germ, in this case they help the body work properly with specific targets to our digestive, feminine and immune health needs.

As part of my overall healthier lifestyle journey, I take the dietary supplement Provella. Provella is a brand of probiotics formulated for women and our health needs. This probiotic is formulated with a blend of six bacterial strains to promote female digestive, feminine and immune health. As few as 20-40% of certain probiotic bacteria survive passage through our gut but Provella helps protect the good bacteria from our harsh stomach acids with patented controlled-released technology.

Watch the video for some really great information:

I take this once a day to help maintain a healthy balance of good bacteria. I found that with taking antibiotic and my early menopause symptoms from the change of hormones I was having a few unwanted digestive and feminine issues. By taking this once a day my body seems to be in balance. I love that this can be taken any time of the day and with or without food. I take it at the same time each day so that I don't miss a dose.

Provella can be purchased at drugstore.com and is available at most pharmacies. No prescription is necessary but I do wish it was so that my health insurance covered the cost. It isn't that expensive but since it is for my health I do wish it was covered. If you don't see it at your pharmacy, just ask. I have to get my from the pharmacy counter. Here is a $6 off coupon for you to print off.
