We had a two DOLE Fruit Crisp parties to celebrate these new tasty treats! Our parties were at home and on the college campus with one of my daughters. We had a lot of fun sharing these quick snacks with our friends.
The DOLE Fruit Crisp flavors are Peach, Apple Cinnamon and Apple Pear. We tried all of the flavors. By far the favorite flavor was the Apple Pear. If you are not familiar with the new DOLE Fruit Crisp, they are perfect for a quick after dinner dessert, mid-day snack or even a great addition to your brunch buffet. These are just like the fruit cups where they are easy to take no matter where you are going with a few added bonus. These cups are made to be a dessert served warm or room temperature.
The college students really loved the snacks. Yes, they enjoyed them because they were FREE for taste testing but all agreed they will pick these up at their local store. The DOLE Fruit Crisp can be enjoyed at room temperature or warmed up in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. The college kids loved the fact that they could "cook" warm these snacks up in the microwave and have a quick and easy dessert! Those who were short on time were able to grab the DOLE Fruit Crisp and eat it on the go.
The mom's wanted to know more about the nutritional value of the snack. We got online and checked the company website and found out that these are made with all natural fruit, whole grain oats and rich in Vitamin C. Head over there to find out more for yourself!
We came up with some quick fixes of our own. Such as:
- Make lunches the night before.
- Toss wrinkled shirts in the dryer with a damp cloth for 10 minutes.
- Keep $5 of cash in the car at all times.
- Keep sharpies handy to fix chipped nails.
- Safety pin the hem of school pants.
- Duct tape hems!
- Dryer sheets to get static out of hair.
- Dryer sheets to freshen up jackets, backpacks and gym clothes!
What quick fix tips do you have for your family? Leave them in the comments!
I wrote this review while participating in a campaign for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Dole. I received product samples to facilitate my party and review, and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
Use a toothpick in a stripped hole so the same screw can still hold!
