Summer is winding down quickly and we are finishing up end of summer plans. All the summer trips are ending, too! A few of the teens had friend get togethers this weekend so we whipped up a batch of tasty sweet treats for them to take along. How are you wrapping up summer with your kids?

This was such an easy recipe to recreate. It was so easy that my 14 year old ended up making the recipe while I was in the kitchen doing other last minute preparations and cleaning up after her. She loves to bake and make treats but has a blinder on when it comes to the kitchen mess she creates. I give her pointers all the time on how to clean as you go along but it hasn't sunk in yet! So I'm the clean up crew when she is creating.
We do have permission to share this recipe and hope that you will get the kids in the kitchen here at the end of summer and create some last minute treats! If you are done traveling and counting down the days to back to school, maybe you can throw a back to school party! This would be an excellent treat to make!
