Whole Wheat Banana Muffins from Mostly Homemade and featured recipe from last week's menu plan link party!
Monday- Thai Basil Rice with your choice of meat. We use grilled shrimp and/or chicken
Tuesday- EASY Chicken Tostada Salad- use leftover or make extra grilled chicken from Monday
Wednesday- Mock Mashed Potato Bar - we use cauliflower but you can do this same meal with real mashed potatoes - kid favorite!
Thursday- Kim's Lazy Lasagna
Friday- Texas Straw Hat - make extra ground meat on Thursday for this meal.
Weekend - Serious you want me to cook after cooking all week? No way the kitchen is closed. Leftovers are on the menu :) You can check my recipe box for inspiration!
Sweet Treat 4 Kids- Did you know it was National Zucchini Day this past week? Yep and this Chocolate Zucchini Cake is a must make!
