Crockpot Sweet Potato Recipe

Sweet potatoes are my favorite side dish at the holidays and anytime of the year. Just recently I've been making potatoes and sweet potatoes in the crockpot. This is perfect in the summer when you don't want to turn on the oven and great during the holidays when you don't have a lot of extra oven space. Add this easy Thanksgiving holiday recipe to your menu plan.

Easy Crockpot Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

6-8 Sweet Potatoes

Directions

1-Wash potatoes and wrap completely with aluminum.
2- Add potatoes in a large 4-7 quart crockpot.
3-Cook 5-7 hours on low until soft. This varies by the size of the potatoes, how many you put in and size of crockpot.
