Have the right gear:  Besides a stocked fridge of healthy food and a plan, make sure you’re equipped and heading to the gym or on your next walk with the right gear, like these 4id PowerBudz headphones. Stay safe: While you’re clocking in fitness miles, sending the kids off to sports practice or heading out on a camping trip, keep yourself in-check and safe with the right gear. Dr. Coral Arvon, Psychologist and Director of Behavioral Health and Wellness at Pritikin states that to achieve resolutions, make achieveable, small, short term goals the whole family is aligned with. Coral states that, “small, short-term goals are the most effective and taking resolutions one step at a time is the best way to succeed!”

  2. These are some great tips. Mine is to take baby steps, don't pile a bunch of things on, go at it slowly :)

  3. These are all great tips! My best tip is to really get the kids involved. If they take ownership of your exercise plan they are more likely to enjoy themselves and to motivate you also.

  4. I've not been walking outside since the weather is cold, but I am OCCASIONALLY doing a treadmill workout. What I am doing is walking in my house, while talking on the phone, make extra trips putting away laundry. I use the UP band to track my steps and aim to get over 10,000 each day! I appreciated your tips and need to be more dedicated!
